Some of our services are offered as subscriptions, allowing you to receive ongoing home maintenance on a monthly, seasonal, or annual basis.

Subscriptions

When you sign up for a subscription, you'll receive recurring service visits based on the plan and frequency you selected. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you’ll be charged according to your selected billing cycle—monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, we will refund any unused full months of service that have not yet been fulfilled. Refunds are calculated based on our standard monthly rate, regardless of any discounted pricing you may have received for longer-term commitments (e.g., quarterly or annual discounts).

We do not provide partial or daily prorated refunds—only full unused months will be eligible for a refund.

Order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription. You can make changes or cancel directly through your customer portal at any time.
